I guide people through creative self-exploration that bridges body, imagination, and reflection. Through visual journaling, mixed-media art, and somatic awareness exercises, my work helps you connect with your inner life, uncover meaning in your experiences, and express yourself in ways that are both grounded and imaginative.

Creative Workshops & Courses
Depth-Oriented Creative Work & Visual Journaling
The perfect container for people who want an immersive, focused experience to explore and create meaningfully. We work with mixed media art journaling, seasonal cycles, archetypes, and symbols to deepen our understanding of ourselves.
These are especially supportive for individuals experiencing:
- Life transitions & changes
- Body disconnection
- A lack of creativity and joy
Groups are intentionally small and structured to allow depth and safety.
Monthly Workshop ReConnect
Small-Group Somatic Awareness for Nervous System Regulation
Through slow, Feldenkrais-informed movement, nervous system regulation, and guided journaling, this monthly workshop offers a way to pause, listen, and restore a sense of inner coherence.
Many people attend ReConnect:

The workshop is accessible, non-strenuous, and suitable for people with no prior experience in somatic or movement-based practices.
Private Sessions
Individual, Depth-Oriented Somatic Work
A personalized and spacious container for somatic awareness and deep personal exploration. Sessions offered in the Main Line and Greater Philadelphia area.
In individual sessions, we work with movement and attention to explore patterns of tension, habits, and perception. This work supports nervous system regulation while also inviting reflection and meaning-making, particularly useful during times of stress or transition.
Private sessions offer a personal, contemplative space for exploring the relationship between the body, nervous system, and inner life.

Peri/Menopause Support Group
A monthly space to find community, support, and resources
An informal and relaxed space where women can share their experiences and questions, connect with one another, and leave with insights and actionable tips/strategies.
This group is free (with registration) and meets in-person monthly, featuring guests with diverse perspectives and expertise.
For Psychoanalysts, Therapists, and Professionals
I collaborate with psychoanalysts, psychotherapists, physicians, and other health professionals who recognize the value of somatic support and creative practices. My work is a grounded, creative, and complementary process for clients already engaged in self-reflection.
This work can be helpful when:

- Clients feel disconnected from their bodies
- Symbols and images need to be approached through a visual container
