Support Group
For Women in the Peri/Menopause Years
A sensible space to slow down, reflect, and find support during the perimenopause and menopause years when the body, identity, and orientation are shifting, and familiar strategies no longer work. We will explore physical experiences, emotional shifts, and questions of identity through conversation, community, and reflective practices.
As a somatic practitioner and artist who has been helping women find deeper meaning in their experiences for two decades, this group is another way to make space for reflection and conversation. Some months, I will facilitate the group myself; other months, I will have guest practitioners to offer additional perspectives.
