Creative Workshops
For Returning to Body, Imagination,
Creativity, and Meaning
My courses and workshops are designed to help participants explore personal imagery, symbol, and creative process in a supportive, process-oriented environment. Sessions blend mixed-media techniques, reflective exercises, and guided prompts, allowing participants to develop a personal visual language and engage deeply with their imagination.

Whether you are new to art or an experienced maker, these offerings provide opportunities to experiment, reflect, and create in ways that are meaningful, generative, and fun.

Explores what becomes possible when imagination is trusted as an active ally in transformation and meaning-making.
"I participated in a journal-making group led by Francine. It was casual and fun, but also surprising and explorative. It has continued to make a positive and introspective impact on me every day since.
I suddenly have a stronger sense of creativity in myself after meeting her. It’s also amazing that I’ve already nearly filled my journal with her follow-up prompts. It’s so good to feel invited, inspired, and intentional."
