Private Sessions
Somatic Reflection & Integration
I offer private, one-on-one sessions for people who want space to slow down, sense more clearly, and develop a greater sense of internal coherence. These sessions are not about fixing, correcting, or optimizing the body. They are an invitation to pay attention - to movement, sensation, and the subtle ways we organize ourselves - so that new options can emerge.
What a Session Looks Like
We work in a beautiful, quiet space using gentle hands-on contact (you are fully clothed), verbal guidance, and carefully chosen movements. We invite greater awareness and allow different aspects of yourself to be expressed. Clients report feeling more grounded, less tense, having a better connection with their center, and more clarity about where they are in life.
This work is especially appropriate for people who
- Are navigating change or transition
- Want to develop a deeper relationship with their body
- Want to reduce pain and tension
- Value reflection, curiosity, and process over quick solutions
- Want to feel more grounded and authentic
- Seek an internal sense of safety and empowerment
These sessions are not focused on diagnosing or resolving specific symptoms. While physical discomfort may bring someone in and will be addressed, I do not see myself as "fixing" clients. Instead, we work together to create and support the conditions that allow for a shift in perception, leading to a new sense of possibility and an expanded sense of identity.
See what happens when you take the time to really pay attention.

Relationship to psychotherapy and medical care:
This work is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. It can, however, skillfully complement psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, physical therapy, or medical care by offering a direct, experiential way to work with the nervous system and to understand oneself from an embodied perspective.
Many people find that physical changes support psychological insight and that experiencing greater ease in the body creates space for more reflection and choice.
Frequency and continuity:
Some people come for a short series of sessions around a specific issue. Others choose ongoing work to support long-term change. Together, we will determine an appropriate pace based on your needs and circumstances.
