I am a multidisciplinary woman whose work is rich and grounding, addressing the many layers that contribute to our identity, including emotional, physical, psychological, and relational aspects. Familiar with deeply transformational life experiences, I approach personal healing as a fundamental practice accessible to everyone. It requires a safe and respectful environment and is the foundation for building healthy individuals, families, systems, and communities.

Through somatic awareness, depth psychology, and journaling, I help others reconnect with their bodies and their deeper selves in order to live a life rooted in connection and authenticity. Developing our awareness on a physical level serves as a bridge to safely connect with our emotions and behaviors, ultimately empowering us and positively influencing all aspects of our lives.

I come from a culture that values pleasure and connections, emphasizing a slower pace of life and a higher quality of living. I know that our lives can be better.

I live near Philadelphia on indigenous Lenni Lenape land with my husband, our two teenagers, a howling dog, an unusual cat, a few snakes, feral honeybees, and a wild garden.

A few other things:

My sun is in Scorpio, my moon in Aries, and my rising sign is Sagittarius.

The water in my chart is exactly balanced by the fire.

I am a Projector, Self-Projected Authority, in Human Design.

I love to start the day sitting on my front steps observing my suburban garden and its wildlife. Usually, Falcon the dog is sitting next to me.

I rarely say no to: a healthy transformative experience, high-quality dark chocolate, and meeting with a friend at my local, independent coffee shop.

I love everything about snakes: the way they move, their liminal beauty, their constant reminder that shedding what has become too small is a way to grow, and how cycles of rest nourish cycles of activity.

If you ask me what I miss from France, I'll probably talk about taking the time to live, old stones that whisper stories, the abundance of art and culture for all, and delicious, fresh cooking.
