Hand Reaching Out

Guided verbally, you will move through a very gentle and slow sequence of movements, bring your attention inward, listen and connect to the wisdom of your body.


The results will be increased body awareness, better posture, less pain and tension, and a deeper understanding of how to move in a supportive way. There is no level or experience necessary, the beauty of this practice is that every person starts where they are and learn more about themselves.

You will lie on a mat and follow the verbal instructions for 45 to 60 minutes. Wear comfortable clothes and layers - this is not a sweaty workout.
