- This program is a Live offering of Prasada. Each session is open to everyone and accessible via Zoom and Facebook Live at the times listed.

- No experience needed; come as you are.

- The session is open a few minutes before the hour so you can settle in. We start promptly at the top of the hour.

- Add a session to your calendar through the link below to receive the Zoom link, or like and follow Prasada Facebook page to receive notifications when we are Live.
